Tax N Go is a tax preparation and filing business that also offers bank products. Our primary objective is to provide our clients with diligent and professional tax services. We believe in transparency, and always keep our clients best interest in mind. The federal article section 7216 requires that the tax payer be presented with this consent form. It states that unless required by law, Tax N Go cannot and will not disclose the tax payer’s tax information for third party purposes, other than the preparation and filing of the tax payer’s tax return, unless this form is not signed. The taxpayer indicates that he/she is interested in applying for a refund anticipated loan (RAL) or Electronic refund check or Electronic refund deposit (collectively a bank product) from a bank. In order for the bank to process the application for a bank product, Tax N Go must disclose all of the tax payer’s tax return information. Tax N Go could only disclose such information to the Bank in the event that the tax-payer has agreed and signed the consent of disclosure and disclaimer of tax return. Tax N Go makes no willful attempt to understate a tax payer’s liability for tax purposes. The Taxpayer accepts full responsibility and agrees to have thorough knowledge of the information presented on the tax return. The Tax-payer understands that if he/she is not willing to authorize Tax N Go to share his/her tax information with the bank, the tax payer can still benefit from the company’s tax preparation and filing services.By signing this disclaimer the tax payer agrees to disclose his/her 2018 tax return information to the bank for a bank product, and assumes full responsibility for the filing of the tax payer’s tax return.
